Can I bring my whole team?+
Yes, and we'd love it. Teams keep their name, their internal splits and their people. We onboard everyone together and set up CRM and tools for the whole group.
What does joining actually involve?+
A call with Jeff to walk through your numbers, then an eXp application naming the team as your sponsor. Most agents are live within a week; license transfer timing depends on your state.
